Do you have his email number - they are san mateo based yet don't offer it here. Wonder if they will.----- Original Message -----From: < > < >Sent: Sat Nov 22 14:15:17 2008Subject: [ ] Menlo Park Amici'sI wrote to Amici's corporate about the new Menlo Park location, and here is the (immediate)response I got (we are *so* happy!):,We expect to open in April, and we will include gluten-free pizza from the get-go.Unfortunately, it seems like we'll lose a Mountain View customer. :)THANKS !!! steinPresidentAmici's East Coast Pizzeria69 E. Exciting they will offer gluten free pizza, aren't you concerned about it being cc with the regular flour based pizza and pizza paddle? On Nov 22, 2008, at 2:15 PM, Dean wrote:I wrote to Amici's corporate about the new Menlo Park location, and here is the (immediate) response I got (we are *so* happy!):,We expect to open in April, and we will include gluten-free pizza from the get-go.Unfortunately, it seems like we'll lose a Mountain View customer. :)THANKS !!! steinPresidentAmici's East Coast Pizzeria69 E. Amici's only does GF pizza in the restaurants that are big enough for a

completely separate prep area. We eat at two, SJ downtown and Mtn View, and have

not been glutened yet.

They don't use the same equipment for the gluten-free stuff. I am

extremely sensitive and did not have a reaction... I ate at the Mtn

View location. However, there are many pizza chains that I wouldn't

trust that don't understand CC issues, so it's good to be cautious.
