Amicis & other pizza place in the sunset (sunset pizza?)

I've had the Still Riding (is that what's it's called?) gf pizza at both the place in the Sunset and Amici's, and each time the crust was underdone; even sending it back didn't make it better. At home, I was able to cook up the leftovers to a better crisp, but for the price, of course I'd have prefered to have it perfectly done in the restaurant!

Also, neither place could tell me off the bat what else on the menu was gf (such as salad dressings), which amused me - it just seems like once you bring in one gf item with such fanfare, you'd take the time to figure out what else that is already on your menu is gf, too. Not great business practice.
