They sound great! Where do you find hazelnut milk?

Thanks,

Finally! I just perfected my long-sought perfect gf pancake, and I want to share. What I like about these is how thin, light and airy (almost like crepes) they are. Non-dairy, too, and with a delicate flavor.I'm not experienced at writing recipes, but here goes:HAZELNUTMILK PANCAKES2 beaten eggs 1 1/4 cups hazelnut milk 1/2 oil 1 tsp vanilla 1 1/3 cup brown rice flour 1/2 tsp salt 3 tsp baking powder Mix wet ingredients. Mix dry ingredients. Then stir the wet and dry together. Cook on hot griddle. Makes about two dozen pancakes that are 3.5 inches across.=====happy eating, kat mulkey

Never mind -- I found it at Whole Foods today. It comes in a quart-sized rectangular waxed box (like chicken stock). Thanks again!
