I would'veeasily missed them if I hadn't already been searching for them. Ifyou're in the bakery look in the freezer case where they keep all thefrozen cakes and ice cream cakes. The GF products are on the topshelf. There is a Kinnikinnick sign on the case, but it is veryeasily missed. Colleen
Guest guest
There are two Safeway stores in Belmont, one on El Camino Real and the other up the hill a bit on Ralston. The store on El Camino Real is the larger of the two. ----- Original Message ----From: Rosie <lavendersequoia@...> Sent: Thursday, August 21, 2008 6:06:38 AMSubject: Re: [ ] Safeway in Belmont what street is that safeway on? Guest guest
The Safeway on Homestead in Santa Clara has the Kinnikinnick products too. I hadn't heard about any Safeway's carrying them, but just happened to be sent on a work errand to pick up an ice cream cake for a coworker, and I almost fell over when I saw the variety of Kinnikinnick goodies right above the frozen baked goods! I never ever would have thought to look in that little stand-alone freezer by the bakery for gluten free items. I definitely couldn't be any happier though! It is so wonderful to be able to shop at a regular grocery store and be able to buy bread, bagels, or english muffins. Oh the little things in life....
