Amici's carries RedBridge beer! The staff receives serious training in producing GF food and avoiding cross-contamination. They even have seating charts to minimize cross-contamination. Plus, the pizzas are truly good. One of the servers (non-CD) says she prefers them to regular pizza. My husband (non-CD) says he does, too.

Pizza Fusion is another chain that carries g-f pizza. There are no

Pizza Fusions (that I know of) close by in the Bay Area, but they will

be opening a restaurant in Palo Alto soon. They not only carry g-f

pizza, but also carry g-f beer and g-f brownies!
