Guest guest
Hi there: Does anyone have any hot tips for stopping cookies be so crumbly - they either seem overly moist and sticky, or if we make nice crisp ones, they are too crumbly. Thanks a million for any advice. Bron

Xanthan (or guar) gum, about 3/4 to 1 teaspoon per cup of flour. Also, allow the cookie to cool at least 5 minutes before removing them from the cookie sheet after baking. --Ruth Anne
