There is now an actual space coming up for lease that is close to Gene's Fine Foods in Saratoga. I have a call into the property manager to get specific square footage and price but it was already a cafe so it just needs a face lift. As we have discussed, this is a very expensive endeavor but something that I am interested in being a part of. For me, the money needed to start this is the biggest obstacle. I am guessing that the rent alone would be around $4000 a month. Is anyone else interested in investing in something like this?
