Guest guest
Let's be absolutely clear on something: religious based schools are specifically EXEMPT under the law from most disability accommodation requirements. They're required to follow the law on rescue medicine asthma inhalers, and that's about it. The ADA and other forms of protection do not apply, and if it is a clearly labeled religious school, it also isn't likely to received public money. I've been in this exact situation - a religious school who choose not to accommodate my celiac child - and you have just two " rights " in this situation: stay, and put up with what they do or leave.
