Colleen,I don't have any kids but it seems rather wrong to have a gluten intolerant child dealing with flour etc. And if they give you the option of bringing your own flour etc then you shouldn't have to be charged.It makes it seem like a child with a peanut allergy would be made to make PB & J sandwiches but not eat them.Something is wrong with that. Private school or not. There must be something you can do.Melita
