Guest guest
This is second hand good news <G> I have a dear friend ( he was a employee of my husbands firm before he retired) was diagnosed withAIH......converted from Hep C, It had done severe damage to his liver. He was on the list waiting for a transplant. DFuring the process of waiting his labs came down. Little by little. The docs at MT.Sinai(sp?) in NYC did sonograms, MRI's more labs & could not figure out why. Well....he offically came of the transplant list 2 months ago. His lab values are text book wonderful. WHY??? no one knows. His liver healed itself when all the docs said he was too far gone. He hasn't taken meds in 2 years now. He eats healthy, no vitamins, no pills & most of all learned how to cope with stress. This man was so bad he was golden yellow, bloated, moon faced & barely able to make it to the bathroom. Now he works full time & occasionally a second part time job for vacations. He & his wife lead a full & active life. I'm sorry for being long winded.............but it helps to know that no matter how bad it is........there's always a chance for change! Hope does spring eternal God bless Judie

Guest guest
Dear Joan, That is just the most wonderful news. Congratulations! I know you'll make the next three months go right. You've gone this far, you've just got to continue doing what you're doing and things will be okay. It's so good to know that this can happen! Best wishes, Bozena > Message: 12 > Date: Thu, 25 Oct 2001 14:24:07 -0700 (PDT) > From: Joan Claffey <joangardaclaffey@...> > Subject: Remission - no more meds. > > Hi all, > Well I heard the news I was looking for.....as of > tomorrow I am no longer taking 6mp.
