Guest guest
Talked to Jeff at Bubbies (www.bubbies.com) today and was informed that all of their pickle and related products:Are totally gluten-free. This includes a white vinegar, which is in some products, that is made from corn. Are made in a dedicated GF facility near Montreal. No chance of cross-contamination.All have been relabeled "Gluten-Free" except the horseradish and pickled herring, for which labels are being redesigned to include "Gluten Free."They are available in a variety of markets. The horseradish is excellent.Cheers, HogleFreelance academic librarianInstructor, online researchEmail: jjhogle@...Web: www.blueroom.comReality ain't what you think it isArt Graphics & Photographs[http://www.blueroom.com/realityaint.htm]
