Fresh Choice listing gluten free

Hi All,

I was eating at the Fresh Choice in Cupertino at Vallco Mall this evening. Right at the end, I happened to glance at the ice cream toppings and I noticed that they had "gluten free" written on them! Then, I went through and noticed several other things that had it listed as well. I was so surprised! I went and talked to the manager, and he said that they are working on getting everything labeled gluten free that is gluten free. I didn't ask him how they are determining it (I wish I would have) and if they are doing it at all the locations. I emailed their coporate email address and I may just try to give them a call this week to ask more questions.

I was so excited.....that's a pretty big deal!!
