Rather than just post the short version of the recipe (which is copywrited) here

Starting from that recipe, I leave out the wheat flour, use 2.25 c. Bette Hagman

basic flour blend +

1.5 to 2 teaspoon xanthan gum and then follow directions as written. Has worked

great for me.
