I reacted so quickly, that I didn't think of it because I think of the fiber as 'natural'. It is, but obviously, the aspartame isn't. So I will through it out and use the plain fiber with natural juice. I don't know why I got it years ago, it may be from the excessive sugar I used to have or the chemicals I was exposed to in the plant. It seems to really be helping my BM's and maybe the PD is " kicking in " , too. I'm not so sure you need to be taking the Metamucil anyway with the PD, as they say no psyllium use during PD, when I wrote to the company that sells it. Glad you figured out the urine odor problem culprit ;0 I was drinking Dr. Pepper with nutrasweet and so am purging that out for the last 2 months. I have had to tell myself this along with the other embarrasing symptoms from detoxing on Primal Defense, but now I am coming out on the other side and it is good!
