I used to take chorella a long time ago but never had this experience. Perhaps I need to take more. How much do you use to bring on this affect? And what about spirulina, does it also have this affect? Lately I've been using Green's +. It can be kinda price stuff. I used NOW foods brand and it was less expensive and worked great. I don't think Spirulina does the same thing.
