Ready to move on to grains

I want to eat some grains. I read that I can have various " grains " in

the resources. Which one is good? What do these grains taste like? I

like to make some bread I can eat with my eggs. I am tired of eating

the same thing all of the time. Also, they have all of these gluten

free breads in our health food store. Any advise?
