Guest guest
Hi Everyone, Just wanted to let everyone know about my restaurant Pizzeria DePaoli in Windsor, just north of Santa in Sonoma County. We have Gluten free pizza, pasta, desserts you name. I often hear that we have the best gluten free pizza crust around. I took over the restaurant last year and we have improved their recipe and more importantly the procedures and training for keeping people with celiac disease safe. Iscol of the Northbay Celiacs has visited our site and endorses us on their website. She is how I found your group. If you are around our area come and see us I know there are a lot of people with celiac disease but I'm finding hard to get the word out. Warmest Regards, Fred Langley Pizzeria DePaoli/Langley's on the Green 740 McClelland Dr Windsor, CA 95492 707-836-9843

Guest guest
I am a little confused. Is this restaurant called Mangiamo or Pizzeria DePaoli? Guest guest
It used to be Mangiamo but when I bought it I changed the name. DePaoli (DeePowlee) is the family Italian name of some of my partners. Mangiamo served some gluten free items but didn't really follow through with it all the time towards the end. It seemed to me like there could be real need for gluten free items and I am in the business of creating experiences and making people happy. If you have a gluten allergy, pizza is not something you get to enjoy often and the pizza we do makes people happy. The process is as safe as ever now because we make the pizza dough at my other restaurant, Langley's on the Green because there is so much flour at the Pizzeria during prep times. We do it first thing at Langley's so there is no chance of cross contamination with flour in the air. As a business decision it probably would be better not to do it, but it's not all about business, we had someone in the other day who hadn't had pizza in years, that is very rewarding. Actually it seems to me as more and more people get diagnosed it will become a good business decision as well. In the meantime we will just keep providing it for the people that do know we have it and appreciate it! Thanks for everyone's help in getting the word out!
