Guest guest
I'm not sure if anyone has posted about this. We've been going to the Mountain View and San Amici's for a few months now and while we enjoy their pizza, we always thought the crust seemed a bit under cooked (even though the edges looked brown, sometimes black) so last night at the Mtn View restaurant, we asked them to cook it " more " . I was by far the best pie we've had there! The crust was much more the consistency and crispyness of the gluten crust. When I checked my receipt, it said we had ordered it " crispy " . We will always order it this way from now on. BTW our favorite kind we order is the pizza margharita with pepperoni and extra sauce. The margharita includes basil, cheese and chopped tomatoes (which become sweet and roasted when on the pizza). Yum! Jean PS We stopped over at Spica Coffee a few doors down from the Mtn View Amici's to check out their GF baked goods. They stock several things from Mariposa (which are frozen). We picked up a coconut lemon square and coffee cake. They also have biscotti from Mariposa which are not frozen (the cinnamon ones are so yummy, and I usually hate biscotti), as well as they make sandwiches on a gluten free bread but we haven't tried that yet.
