I have never used Bob's Red Mill bread mix, however I do use a Zojirushi bread machine. I use Gluten Free Pantry Favorite Sandwich Bread Mix, Quick Setting, Light Crust and have a perfect loaf every time! Robinrobin@... The bread was a flop--totally caved in on itself (though the texture was nice and it tasted good). I think I didn't use the right setting on the machine. Does anyone have any advice? Thanks!Marci

We are still planning to get a bread machine ;-)

Which model do you all have of the Zujiroshi? The 2lb one of the small one?

BTW, I found this on their website:

Q3. Can the Home Bakery make gluten-free bread?

A3. Yes, the Home Bakery Supreme® breadmaker (BBCC-X20) comes with a

gluten-free bread recipe, and more can be found on our Recipes Page.

The recipes may be adapted to other models of our bread makers. The

internet is also a good source for gluten-free recipes as well as

other bread recipe books.

(A softer gluten-free bread may also be made by programming the

following suggested cycle times in the Home Made Menu cycle: Preheat

15 minutes, Knead 20 to 30 minutes, turn OFF Rise 1 and Rise 2, Rise 3

55 minutes, and Bake 55 minutes. Keep Warm optional.)

Cuisinart's website for the CBK-200 also states " Healthy Options: Low

Carb and Gluten-Free preset menu options and recipes. A Cuisinart

exclusive! "

I've seen many references to the Zujiroshi here and other GF forums --

is it really worth the extra $80 over Cuisinart? $200 vs $120 on

Amazon.
