Guest guest Posted February 27, 2009 Report Share Posted February 27, 2009 I baked bread today in my Zojirushi bread machine using Bob's Red Mill bread mix. The bread was a flop--totally caved in on itself (though the texture was nice and it tasted good). I think I didn't use the right setting on the machine. Does anyone have any advice? Thanks!
