Guest guest
Does anyone know if the Jell-O pudding mixes are GF? I usually use the cook & serve, but is the instant GF? Eileen From: [mailto: ] On Behalf Of Hersom Sent: Friday, July 31, 2009 7:11 AM Subject: [ ] Sherry Pecan Cake (using Betty Crocker g-f cake mix) I kept some of my most favorite gluten recipes with the hope that one day, someday, I could eat gluten again. I had a few cake recipes using Betty Crocker's gluten cake mixes. I thought I would try one of the recipes using the new g-f Betty Crocker mixes, and it came out absolutely delicious! Sherry Pecan Cake (using B.C. yellow cake mix) 1 pkg. Betty Crocker g-f yellow cake mix 1 pkg. Jello instant vanilla pudding 4 eggs ¾ c. Sherry ¾ c. oil ¾ c. pecans ¾ t. nutmeg Powdered sugar Mix ingredients together and beat 4 minutes. Bake in 325 degree oven in greased and floured pan. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top when cool. Baking times: I used a bundt pan, but you could use any type of pan I would think (bundt cakes look prettier). I believe I had it in the oven for about 30 minutes (I kept checking it). The baking time will vary depending on the type of pan you use, so keep an eye on it while it is baking and use your best judgment as to when you think it is done. I wish I could give you an exact time, but converting these gluten recipes to g-f recipes can be a bit tricky! Sue
Guest guest
Yes, the Jello Instant vanilla, chocolate, and butterscotch puddings are gluten-free for sure. Also, Jello is made by Kraft, so the package will list any allergens. > > Does anyone know if the Jell-O pudding mixes are GF?
