I really would like to know what foods heal the stomach wall lining. I made kimchi (fermentation process naturally makes probiotics) but it turned out too sour and too salty. It was gross;-) Any suggestions on gentle, healing foods/ herbs, etc. would be very helpful. Glutamine is awesome but I'd like to find foods; supplementation is getting very costly. Thanks!
