Hi everyone,

I'm new to this site as well as new to eating GF (just diagnosed with CD). I

really would like to know what foods heal the stomach wall lining. I made kimchi

(fermentation process naturally makes probiotics) but it turned out too sour and

too salty. It was gross;-)

Any suggestions on gentle, healing foods/ herbs, etc. would be very helpful.

Glutamine is awesome but I'd like to find foods; supplementation is getting very

costly.
