Can't remember if I've posted this or not...Since I'd been frequenting a Taco Bell near my house...I thought I should call for their GF menu items, if any. Come to find out, they do have a few GF items.- Bean Tostadas- Bean & Cheese- All hot sauces and condimentsI've also been told their nachos are naturally GF but they can't guarantee the oil they use would be.I also noticed the only items mentioned as safe did not contain their meat. I asked about their tacos, and the lady said it's not on the list, so technically they're not safe, but it doesn't say why. I was trying to find out if their taco shells were okay, and maybe it's just the meat with seasoning, but she said she didn't know. Louise Audellart +

Taco Bell puts oat flour in all there corn tortillas. So if you are

sensitive to oats you should avoid them. Also the oats are not pure.

Only the Nachos, triple layer nachos and tostadas are listed as being

safe but noted that they are prepared on shared equipment. So really non

of it is safe. All of the other meals are listed as " contains

ingredients that may cause sensitivities.

For Sides, the Pintos 'n Cheese and Mexican Rice are safe as well as

there salsa.
