I wonder if we could persuade more people who work/worked at various restaurants to give us the inside view. They wouldn't even have to be a member of this group. They could just email us, tell us, hopefully show us. It is indeed a small kitchen that does it's best but does not have a dedicated area for gf food prep/cooking. Everyone there is willing to try and make food accessible, saying that, I never ate there outside of the smoothies and juices. I am very sensitive though, I agree that if you are not hyper sensitive that it is worth going and communicating with the staff your needs. As far as the cookies go, if you can get them right from the oven (same one used for all baked goods) you would be safer. The front of the house staff does set them next to regular cookies.
