Successful Surgery CD

My husband was cleaning (yes, a true miracle!!) and he found were he

stashed my copy of the Successful Surgery CD! He " misplaced " it while

I was having my surgery last summer. My wonderful mentor Sharon sent

me the CD last year before my surgery, and I would love to send it on

to someone else now that I am done with it. If someone is interested

in it, please email me. If you surgery is within the next 2 weeks,

please be aware that the CD might not make it to you in time as I am

disabled and don't drive. I probably wouldn't be able to get someone

to run it out to the post office until this weekend or early next week.

If several people want it, I can attempt to burn more copies, but I

can't guarantee that my computer will cooperate

Hi ,

I am having revision surgery on April 8th with Dr. Bridwell in St.

Louis. I would love to have a copy of the CD..You can send me an email

to send it to me.

I haven't even been dianosed yet, but I'm seriously thinking of facing another major surgery if I can get one of the doctors to take me. I'm having a problem trying to explain and convince my family of why I want to take the risk of having a revision done. Would your CD help. If it is not to much trouble, could you make me a copy too.

Pat,

You should get the CD...but for yourself. It is really more of

a " positive imagery " training and relaxation or meditation while you

are approaching surgery.

The only thing that I can think of that would get your family to see

your rationale about considering more surgery would be to bring one (or

several) of them with you to any appts you can schedule, and let them

hear and partake in the risk/benefit discussion for themselves.

Still, it's your body and your life.
