Hi Thin Cyn, Whoo Hoo!! What a fantastic result on your bodyfat! You have

done so well and I am so proud of you. Like you, I am going to continue to

try to drop my bodyfat in the next challenge - with almost complete disregard

for my age. I've said it before and I'll say it again, woman in our age

group RULE! Congratulations Cyn, when will we see the pics?? Leaner.

I would be interested to know, too, as I have just started using the same for

an experimental parasite cleanse. I ground the pumpkin seeds and added them

to juice, but then I read that it's partly the sharp edges of the pumpkin

seed that helps with the parasites. I'd be interested to know if anyone else

has heard the same thing.

So I started yesterday with the garlic and pumpkin seed and would be very

interested to know what others have done with this, to see if I'm on the

right track.

thanks in advance,

rachel~

Tell me what you do, how much and how often you eat pumpkin seeds,

and how much garlic?? I am suspicious that there are creepy crawlies in me

as I live on a lake, used to swim in it a lot, a little lake water in mouth,

etc.

There are houses around the lake, all with septic systems..you get the

picture...

Would prefer something like that than purchasing expensive cleanses.

I have Black Walnut and seem to get an allergic reaction when I take

just one capsule...itchy bumps, a little to quickly after taking to be a

cleansing reaction. Do fine with garlic and pumpkin seeds, though.

Thanks!!

Hi,

I was inspired a short while ago by a letter (think it

was by Mike) about raw pumpkin seeds and garlic and

,

In the list of things I wrote earlier (p. seeds, garlic) I forgot to mention

figs...I thought I had read that about the little seeds in figs, maybe I

am confusing this? Where did you see this about the pumpkin seeds??

claudia:-)

but then I read that it's partly the sharp edges of the pumpkin

seed that helps with the parasites. I'd be interested to know if anyone else

Congrats Judy! You have beat the bugs!! Its hard to know when you can let your

breath out, but go ahead and breathe a sigh of relief! I didnt know i was there

until someone who had beat them told me. We get in the mind set of being

infested, and we just go with it. Thats why its so hard to tell if something is

working or not. Pay special attention to any areas where you feel activity.

These are " hot spots " and need to be dealt with. You will run into the less and

less. Start working on typing up your winning protocol!!

Congratulations!!

Thanks Holly!

And congrats to you too! And thanks for the tip - I won't freak out as much if I feel the hot spots now - I'll know we can deal with them. You're moving this weekend aren't you?

Weve got one week and 4 days til our move. I can still feel them in the attic,

not alot but a few. Im burning menthol up there right now. I keep them from

reinfesting my skin with a RP water mixture that Rita came up with. Ive got alot

of work to do, im going to spray every inch of that attic when we get our stuff

cleared out with an orange oil cleaner. Im still spraying in the mean time, but

there is stuff in the way. Im keeping my fingers crossed! I cant wait until we

are out of here!

CVS may not be your only source for this ant trap. Apparently it is made by a company called PIC Corp. Here is more info: http://www.pesticideinfo.org/Detail_Product.jsp?REG_NR=00309500024 & DIST_NR=022946

The product, which consists of borax and boric acid (the only product that combines these) , is sold under the following product names:

Ant cops

Ant killing system

Ant killing systems

CB Drax ant control systems

CVS ant control system

Duane Reade ant control systems

Eckerd ant control

Enforcer ant baits II

Enoz ant traps

Han all ant clean

Homelife ant control systems

ston's no-roach ant trap

Osco/sav-on ant control system

Pic ant control systems

Price chopper ant control systems

Revco ant control system

Revenge ant killer bait discs

Sav-on osco by albertsons ant control system

Walgreen ant control system

Zep total control ant bait station total control system

Also, under uses, it is listed as "pesticide, miticide."

These traps were not the be all and end all for me, but I will find the combo that is.Thanks so much to everyone for sharing, and may this BE the silver bullet for you!

Thanks ! I finally got a microscope, although it's little and just an inexpensive one, and I don't know if it'll ever do much good because it only goes up to 100X and I'm finding it hard to see much of anything. Of course waiting until we've had no activity means not much chance to capture anything (I'm cautiously optimistic because we haven't dealt with the attic or truck yet and also have had a few stretches of calm prior to this. But still very happy with this moment of freedom and hope we're at the end.) We continue the protocol, but relaxing on a few things like washing sheets every day.

I think of you when I'm trying to see if something moves, and I'm amazed at how much time and effort you must have spent to get the pictures and results that you have. We tried so many of the same things everyone else has, but two things in addition to the ant traps seem to be very important. I think getting rid of the carpet and placing lots of DE and borax around the rooms where only concrete remains (including closets) was a big factor. We burned the menthol crystals in those rooms and I think it got them moving across the stuff. It's also possible the Delta Dust poofed behind outlets is helping.

I also sure hope you'll find the combo that works for you!

I never have to extend the part that takes the magnification on my portable lighted microscopes up to 100x. For most of my critters, 60x is just right. Now it is not as clear as a real microscope, and I cannot make out the cilia on a mite leg, but I can see the legs.

My digital camera microscope is less sharp than the analog model, but of course I can take pictures, and that is a valuable option.
