Guest guest
I have eaten there a few times as well and not had a problem. I was told by a P.F. Changs server in Corte Madera that all the GF dishes are served on their " signature " plates. He said they're only at the GF station in the kitchen and I should never eat anything that doesn't come out of the kitchen on a " signature " plate. I will always check with the server that this is protocol. I don't know if this is a new safety measure on their end - but I will always look for their P.F. Chang's writing on the border of the plate in the future, and if it is not there - send it back! > > > > > > > i got sick the two times i went to pf changs palo alto several years > > ago--i wanted to give it a second try but it was just as bad as the > > first time, unfortunately. they mean well by offering a gf menu but > > clearly, both times, there seemed to be a lack of knowledge of the > > ingredients and/or major cross contamination issues. > > > > > > -----Original Message----- > > From: Bronwyn Syiek <bronwyn@...> > > > > Sent: Thu, 11 Jun 2009 1:58 pm > > Subject: Re: [ ] RE: PF Chang's Palo Alto - awful > > experience > > > > > > > > > > Yes.
