I have found some companies do label, but there seems to be an overwhelming

number of

companies that do not. Then there is always the chance of the company changing

the ingredients with out any warming. Some companies I have also found out are

not very nice

to talk to either. Gatorade, they say there is no manager food allergen in the

product, but

every time I drink it I get extremely sick for about a week or so.

For the most part if a products says " shared equipment " you maybe better off not

buying

this products. Especially if your allergies are bad, also you never know how

well the

equipment is cleaned.

I do not mean to be a downer, labels are just getting to me lately:( I was sick

for over two

weeks because of companies changing ingredients with out warming:(. I can not

wait to

see " gluten free " , " dairy free " on all products. It would make life so much

easier:)
