Dear Everyone,

Here is a concise tidbit from Fred Langley re Pizzeria Depaoli:

We have gluten free pizza, pasta and crackers. All of our dressings are made

from scratch and are gluten free. We have a gluten free chocolate truffle cake

as well as ice cream. We also serve wonderful risottos which are naturally

gluten free. I look forward to seeing you and we will make the change to our

website to include a gluten free menu.
