Prometheus or Enterolab for gene testing?

Would you recommend Prometheus or Enterolab for gene testing for Celiac? I am going to get the test for my toddler son. I've seen Enterolab mentioned more but wondered if there is a big difference between the two (besides cost).Thanks!
