Hey y'all!Yesterday I had a very educational trip to Whole Foods. I arrivedjust in time for a fresh from the oven rotisserie chicken and one ofthe cooks kindly removed a skewer of chickens and boxed one up forme--only, it was a lemon herb which the labels says contains gluten. I apologized and told her that I cannot eat wheat, and said either theplain or classic would be fine.At this, she warned me that only the plain was safe for me, since thatis cooked on the top rung, but the classic had been placed all the wayat the bottom of the oven. This meant that the bbq and lemon herb(both containing gluten) would have dripped down onto the classic thewhole time they cooked, contaminating the classic chickens. I called Whole Foods's corporate office and was told that a globale-mail would be sent out to instruct the simple resolution of placingthe plain chickens on skewer one and the

classic just belowthose--simple fix. But could you imagine if I went later in the dayand I had just gone and grabbed a boxed up classic chicken--I wouldhave had no idea!I just had to write an article about this one:http://glutenfreefo x.com/articles/ gluten-free- whole-foods. htmlTake care,
