In case anyone is interested, we are hiring in our bakeshop

and would love to have someone with celiac disease or gluten

intolerance fill the position.

Cafe Mariposa, a gluten-free, artisan bakery in Oakland's

Temescal neighborhood, is currently looking for part-time

cafe help. The hours this position requires are:

Thursdays 8:30-1:30

Fridays 1:30-6:30

Saturdays 9:30-4:30

We are looking for someone who:

- is dependable

- is passionate and knowledgeable about gluten-free food

- maintains a high standard of personal hygiene

- pays attention to detail and is willing to learn new tasks & systems

- has great people skills and is able to positively and professionally represent

Mariposa towards customers

job description:

- serve customers daily baked goods

- with training, make espresso & tea beverages

- keep cafe well stocked and follow systems for doing so

- operate a cash register

- keep cafe tidy & clean

- perform daily tasks and closing duties

- be flexible to learn and take on new tasks and positions above

basic role.
