Guest guest
Last Saturday I went to Sonoma with my family (my mother in law was visiting from Berlin). Instead of eating humus and chips for lunch (anyone have a better suggestion for a packed lunch? ;-), I checked out the north bay celiac web site ahead of time and saw that 's carries GF pizza crusts at all their locations now. I must admit when we sat down and ordered I was worried since I could smell the wheat flour crusts baking and the waitress wasn't aware of anything else on the menu being GF. She did tell me, though, that they prepare the GF pizzas in a separate area in the back etc. I think they use Still Riding Pizza crusts and use their preparation methods. My wife and son and I all ate the GF pizza and it was great. As far as I can tell I did not have a reaction to it either, which was a pleasant surprise given the amount of flour that must be flying around this place. This will probably be our normal stop now when we visit Sonoma (train town, then the main square/plaza, where 's is). -Luther
