I must echo Ruth Anne's disagreement.

I've been to Thailand a couple times, and although it was pre-celiac issues for

me, thus not paying GREAT attn, I recall soy sauce being ubiquitous, including a

bottle at every table in the most local (non-touristy) of restaurants.
