Are you talking about Kuletos trattoria in burlingame or kuleto's restuarant in

Union square?

Oh, sorry - this is the Kuleto Trattoria, 1095 Rollins Rd, Burlingame, CA 94010, +1 650-342-4922‎ kuletostrattoria.com

It is one wonderful person at this particular Kuletos who is introducing gf menu items; I don't know if others are following suit... I'm sorry to say I am not sure if I am remembering her name correctly, but I believe it is Estella.

If you are interested in their gf pizza, I would call ahead to make sure they have brought it in. But their sauces have already been made gf.
