Perhaps you're reacting to some ingredient in the mix. Those of us with CD often have other sensitivities.

It's possible that you could have an allergy to xanthan gum, it is a binding

agent used in many gluten-free products (including TJ's GF mixes). Guar gum can

be used as an alternative binding agent, but I'm not aware of any pre-made GF

mixes that use guar gum instead of xanthan gum.
