Hello, everyone!

I wanted to take this opportunity to introduce a new business called Let Them

Eat Cake: The Allergy-Friendly Patisserie. We specialize in

egg-free/dairy-free/nut-free, vegan, and gluten-free/dairy-free cakes, cookies,

and other pastries, and we already have several customers with celiac disease.

My wife (a professionally trained pastry chef) and I started this business last

year. I have severe allergies to eggs and nuts as well as a dairy sensitivity,

and my wife has had several years of experience making desserts without common

allergens such as nuts, eggs, dairy, and gluten.

We don't have a retail location at this time, so we fill custom orders only.

Orders can be picked up from our Milpitas location or delivered to your door.
