My doctor has me drinking 12 to 15 eight oz. glasses of water every day to keep my system flushed. It sounds like a lot but I've gotten used to it. I also love fresh brewed iced tea. I don't have any problems with swelling other than my hands, elbows, and shoulders. And my gizzard of course! It seems to be swollen all of the time. Your cabbage roll recipe sounds yummy. I may have to try it when we get back from LV. I'm sure it will play havoc with my hubby's gastric system so I need to do it while we can still have the windows open!!!!!
