Hey Kathy!

Glad to hear the move is finally over. I am slowly working myself

toward the move to Denmark and need to clear out the house...boy it

is daunting. The good news is I guess we all end up throwing all the

junk we just stash and never deal with until the closet runneth over!

As to the surgeon list....no matter what....if such a list was

created it would have to be maintained on the main site, which I

know a lot of members do not read from as they get their posts as

digests or emails. Right now we have a database which only 31 of our

almost 250 members have taken the time to fill out....but all the

information that I believe you seek is already in this listing:

/database?

method=reportRows & tbl=2

I am just not willing to spend the time to go another step. If you,

or anyone else, would like to create such a document (or simply go

back through old posts and add members to the databse) you are very

welcome to do so ...Or you could create a new document in the files

section. I believe, however, you are going to find that it is a

dauting task....and so, I am sure that if everyone would just take 2

mins and fill out their listing (or revisit and revise if necessary)

you will be able to see who has who for docs. At a minimum it would

be a good start to creating the kind of document you are describing.

Also as a reminder to ALL, we have a " file " of member stories which

we would very much like to have everyone in. Please post your full

story as a regular post, and then " copy and paste " it into a

document for upload there (or send it to me and I will do it). Then

go to your database entry and in the appropriate column indicate the

post number of your " story " ...that way it will be easily accessible

for thosee needing to look back and refresh their memory about

someone else.

If everyone just does a little it will make small work of this task!

Take Care, Cam

Cam,

Once you add a record, how do you edit or update it?

Thanks,

Judy

Judy,

OOOPPS....I had to put that function there (at least I think it is

there for you now).... you can edit away!! Thanks for pointing that

out....It is hard to tell which functions I have and which are

permitted to the group.

If it isn't right please let me know.

Dear Cam,

I'm almost a complete computer idiot, but for some time now I have wished I could get into my member story to fix some blaring spelling mistakes. I went to "edit" and thought the story would come up and I could fix it but a blank page comes up, HELP!! Any questions that comes up under "Edit" help of are of no help, but they do have a function to ask , is that my best bet?
