Arborio Rice Cake @ Blue Bottle Cafe in The Ferry Building

I was at the Ferry Building in San Francisco this morning, and the fairly new Blue Bottle café there has Arborio Rice Cake. I asked about and it is completely wheat and gluten-free I am told. I decided to try it and it is pretty tasty. It is made some alcohol (which would be baked out), which might not taste great to kids. Its pretty heavy and has eggs and dairy. Another cafe option -- yay!

PS - I just ate it so if I have any adverse reaction I'll mail back. They are not individually wrapped but they are on their own plate.-Luther
