the Blue Agave Club

Mission:

combine live music with fine food and drink in a unique atmosphere to support

local business and foster a sense of community.

For those of us who

don’t like to wait until Friday to start the weekend…The Blue Agave

Club in downtown Pleasanton is hosting a cooperative “happy hour” each

Thursday, where local businesses interact with their clientele in a fun and

informal environment. Considered one of the best kept secrets on Main Street, the

back patio comes alive with live music, margarita specials, and creative

appetizer selections. Local business partners set up tables on the patio to

promote their business, and invite their employees to participate in the

festivities of the evening and to celebrate their accomplishments.

As part of their Thirsty

Thursdays, the Blue Agave proudly announces that they are now serving

Budweiser’s Redbridge gluten-free beer. Select items from their fabulous

lunch and dinner menus are being identified as gluten-free and can be enjoyed

with an ice cold Redbridge, or one of the many gluten-free margaritas from the

extensive tequila menu.

The Blue Agave is

encouraging gluten-free related businesses to get involved in the Thirsty

Thursday program, so if you know of such a company, pass on the good word. Who

says going gluten-free can’t be fun?
