Guest guest
My husband just brought home a garlic/sesame tempeh made by Tofurky. It says gluten-free on the front of the box and I got it out and cut it on our cutting board. I checked the ingredients one last time, being the neurotic mother of two celiac children that I am, only to find that it says the shoyu soy sauce they use is made with wheat!! The qualifying sentence that follows says that the " independent lab detects no residual gluten " . Are any of you purchasing products like this? I feel a little betrayed and very uncomfortable with all of this. Nell
