Guest guest
I brought my 21 & 19 yr old sons with hubby and me for my pre-surg workup (question & answer part). For the week or two before the appt, both waivered about whether they wanted to come along. I let them choose, but told them that I really wanted them to understand what will happen and why it's important. They haven't said a word about it since, but now I'm confident that they're as ready as anyone can be. I really recommend that CD, Pat. Cam's right. It isn't for anyone except you... positive immagery and good thoughts to help your confidence and calm. I've listened several times, and most times have fallen asleep before it's done. Best wishes, Pat. Jeri > > Pat, > > You should get the CD...but for yourself.
