Guest guest
I bought Udi's Pizza crust at Draeger's in San Mateo. They are even better and more normal tasting than the other good ones and unlike Amici's, it has no bean flour in the mix. I too found this bread through a friend who buys for Oliver's Market in Santa . He said he would carry it, but didn't know when to expect it because the brand was so new.Looking forward to Udi's again!!On Oct 30, 2009, at 11:10 PM, Jasmine wrote: I drove over to Half Moon Bay to get a pumpkin and decided to stop at New Leaf. I found a new bread in the refrigerator section called "Udi's" gluten free, whole grain bread. I bought a loaf, grabbed some stuff to make sandwiches and was going to head to my dad's house (he lives in HMB) so I could toast my bread to make it edible but decided to taste a piece before I left just in case it was horrible so I could return it. It was so good that I went back and bought the only other loaf they had left! It tasted like real sandwich bread. It was totally edible without toasting or heating. I looked them up online and you can order their products to be shipped to you but if you want to try it, New Leaf in HMB has it. I tried the whole grain bread and it was divine.http://udisglutenfree.elsstore.com/
