Monterey; then Cayucos area (then Carlsbad and LA)

Taking the family to Monterey today and then tomorrow down the coast to Cayucos. Next week we are going to Legloand (Carlsbad near San Diego) and then backup through LA area (Tarzana) before coming home.Any suggestions for GF restaurants bakeries etc in these areas? I read about Estaban's in Monterey, I will call them later. I don't know of anything near Cayucos/Cambria/Morro Bay. Legoland has GF according to the website -- any experience there? Also I checked the Olive Garden in Carlsbad and they have the gf pasta (that's about all my 4yo will eat!).
