Guest guest
Well Kathy~ I have had 5 biopsies done and all post transplant. I never had one done pre transplant because my platelets were too low. But the lady who helped with my biopsy said that people with liver disease before transplant have a hard tie with biopsies because in most cases the liver is so scarred and hardened and it is hard to get a sample. But i know they will do their best to make things comfortable for you!! Good Luck!!!!!!! Lori C. [ ] Don and Lori: Mayo >Thanks guys! I feel better now.
