Hi there,

Well, I'm trying to work out with is best ...

KAL brand with added B vitamins Niacin, Pyridoxine HCI, Thiamine HCI,

Riboflavin and Vitamin B-12 ...

http://www.seacoastvitamins.com/Store/product_info.php?products_id=1992

.... or Frontier brand with added sea salt and rice flour ...

http://www.frontiercoop.com/dspCmnPrd.php

What do you think Bee? I'm thinking the Frontier brand, to keep the B

vitamins in their natural proportions.

I sent Frontier a message asking how much flour and salt they added,

so we'll see...

thanks!

==>The added B vitamins won't cause a problem. This looks like a

very good Nutritional Yeast.

==>The response I got back from Fontier brand is that they cannot

state their products do not contain gluten or wheat; I think it is

because they can't prove to the FDA that particles of gluten or wheat

are not contained in the air in their manufacturing facility.

I'd go with the Kal brand.

The KAL brand also has an unfortified version which is just yeast, no

added by vitamins, this is the one I use.

my name is , just sort of snooping over here. I am owner of

openblooms another health/diet related group where we advocate

a diet regime similar to yours heard good things about this site and

thought I would come over and snoop for a bit :)

Thanks . Where can we find it? Does it state unfortified in the

name, or is it just on the label so you have to hunt for it?

I got it at my hfs, if they do not have it there you can most likely

buy it off the internet, It does say unfortified on the front label

and then when you check ingredients in the back say nutritional

yeast, with nothing added. KAL is a great company that I really

trust, I know many that have had good luck with this one :)

==>Hi Lilac. It's good to hear from you. B vitamins are water soluble

so the body would throw off any it does not need so I do not think more

than 2 tbl will hurt her, but also I do not think she should go

overboard.

You are very welcome! The trick to assuming and assimilating the Vitamins is to get your intestinal track cleansed out. What happens over the years, a build up of an old grudge accumulates on the walls. The same as the pipes in your house, there is no difference! Once you achieve this; you will see and feel the difference, there is nothing like it.First step is vital, get the colon moving, that itself will make you feel better. Next step; work on the walls of the intestines, this formula is constipating that is why you need to make the colon first. My experience: I had 14 feet of old dry hard black stuff come out me over a 21 day period. When I continued to eat after that process, I continued to heal. It has been 4 years now I am still healed. There are different

factors to what make a person sick, for ones on this list is a different issue form other list that I belong too. It all boils down to the same exact thing. When the intestinal track is not functioning properly you are simply assuming 5 to 10% of the nutrients that you are consuming, once you get the intestinal track cleansed out you will be up to 50% of nutrients that you consume.Try it! I wanted to thank Joanne and for mentioning the Nutritional Yeast as a source for those important B vitamins. I bought some and have started using them. I love the taste...I got the flakes. I have used them once many years ago, and used to put them on popcorn, but now I'm mixing it with some tomato juice in the morning....love it!

I'm excited about getting those B vitamins again!

I just wanted to chime in here and mention that I have seen this same story

about the mucoid plaque in the colon and subsequent healing a few times now. It

does seem to be very important and I think it is an issue with me too.

I have a question too - you mentioned fasting. What if a person is too

weak to fast ? How can the removal of the plaque be accomplished ? I know

some in the autism world are using enzymes to break down biofilms in the gut.

Yes. I use it all the time.

As with anything though, check for

CC. I buy mine in sealed tubs at Rainbow – NOT from the bulk bins…
