Guest guest
So I finally got around to going to 99 ranch in cupertino. I found some bean thread strips and soy sheets. They are like won ton rappers but made with soy beans. I cooked up some ground chicken, bean sprouts, mushrooms and some Chinese spices. Then filled the sheets up rolled them and fried them up. Then made some dipping sauce. I was in heaven. They came out great! I also found a lot of other cool looking pasta and stuff cant wait to try it all out! kc
Guest guest
There's another great store, Marina Foods/ Market in Cupertino too. It's off of De Anza and s Creek. I don't speak or read Mandarin, etc. but they have all sorts of good stuff in there. It can actually be a bit overwhelming. Plus, a lot of the packaging surprisingly has an ingredient list on the back, in English. You can literally spend hours in this store just reading the labels!! I might try their lavendar tea....it looks really calming, very medicinal and very purple! Never been to 99 Ranch. Where is it? I'm still somewhat new to CA so if that seemed like a silly question, well, you know why! :)AmiraOn Sat, Aug 22, 2009 at 7:07 PM, rooneys86 <rooneys86@...> wrote: So I finally got around to going to 99 ranch in cupertino.
