Has anybody tried these? My vegan friend says the ice cream is good.

Any flavor that does not have a cookie or brownie in it as part of the ingredients is gluten free. We do have the option to get gluten free ice cream cakes. The cake base option, in this case, is the gluten-free brownie. If you order a custom cake online, you will see the gluten-free and dairy-free options and you will have the opportunity to indicate any types of food allergies you have.
