Guest guest
Ok, we have the diabetes under control with meds, and diet. The thyroid is on a new pill, and it is responding nicely. The liver doctor says (without even reading my file, just hearing a report from the physicians assistant), that what I have is a " :Fatty Liver " and that I must never drink alcohol ever again. I said ok, no problem, I only drink once or twice a year any way. So they did blood work again. This is the 5th time some doctor has taken some blood. Then another liver scan, and then a biopsy. This Fatty Liver thing, 10-40% go onto chirosis ? Not good odds. So, I am on a big diet for the diabetes and lost 5 lbs in a month so far. Sure the weight will eventually all come off. What about the liver? Does it repair it's self of the fat in it? Does the liver some how also loose weight? Does it's fat cells shrink? Will this go away? Anyone out there with fat liver info, please help.... Feeling semi ok today, feel like I have another infected sinus though.. Need antibiotics again.... The face pain goes away with warm compresses.... THanks, Myra
